ゼミ紹介

マグダレナ先生とゼミ生のメンバーは、感想や意見を言う際にいつもリアクションを取ってくれて、優しい雰囲気があります。また、メンバーの英語を話すことに挑戦する姿勢が良く、「私も英語をもっと頑張ろう」と思いながら授業に取り組んでいます。英語で授業を受講するというチャレンジングな環境ですが、楽しく活動しています。
英語力が向上するだけでなく、日本の歴史についても学ぶことができるゼミです。ゼミ生も先生も優しいです。卒業論文は英語で、先生は日本語も話せますが基本的に授業は英語で進められるので、英語にできるだけ触れていたい、英会話に対して意欲的な人におすすめのゼミです。
授業は基本英語で行われ、毎回1人1人発言の場を設けてくださるので英語の勉強にもなりますし、英語力も培われます。英語が得意でない方も先生がしっかりとしたサポートをしてくださるし、ゼミ生の仲間も優しいので安心して学ぶことができます。
コウオジェイ・マグダレナゼミでは生徒と先生が一体になり、授業において英語を用いる中で生徒同士がお互いに手を取り合っているゼミです。私自身英語力向上を図りたいという想いから、このゼミに所属しました。リスニング力や会話英語力など少しずつですが身に付いている実感があります。また、ゼミの雰囲気はとても明るく良好で、同じ志を持った仲間であるため切磋琢磨しながら研究課題に対して取り組んでいます。少しでも英語に寄り添いたいという気持ちがあるならば、是非コウオジェイ・マグダレナゼミをお勧めします。

Because of covid-19, our class started on zoom. I was nervous about the seminar because I could not meet Magdalena and seminar members in person. However, we have started seminar orientation and shared what's us up every week! I think our bond is so strong. Some people are worried about their English skills. We usually speak in English but Magdalena uses simple English and gives us useful advice. We are welcome to make mistakes so don't have to be shy. We are inspired by each other. If you are interested in this seminar, you should contact Magdalena :)
In this seminar, we can try two things. One is 'Oral History, and the other is 'Photograph project'. I think both are interesting activities. In addition, we can improve our English skills through these activities, especially listening and writing. If you want to practice English, I recommend this seminar. You can work on some projects and enjoy learning English.
I picked up this seminar because of "English". I like speaking English and I did not want to lose my language skills. I have learned a lot more, including history, photography, grammar, etc. Now I have the knowledge to analyze photographs. It is very interesting to look at pictures and study history together. Right now, we are doing a graduation thesis and learning how to write an essay. I like this seminar!
